Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and also makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the City of Syracuse.  Zoning Permits are required in the City of Syracuse and in Hamilton County.  Be sure to check the zoning of property before changing the use of the property.  Steve Phillips is always happy to answer questions.
